Why faxfromiphone.ca for Canadians on the go
Canadian paperwork still runs on fax: medical referrals, prescriptions, insurance claims, court and government forms. faxfromiphone.ca means you can handle them from your iPhone, at home, in the car or between appointments.
Through FaxToFax.com, it is built for Canadian privacy rules, including PIPEDA, Ontario PHIPA and the FLSC Model Code confidentiality duty for lawyers. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and you are signed out automatically when you step away.
There is no FaxToFax.com iPhone app yet, and you don’t need one: the full service works in Safari. The same number and inbox are on your computer too.
Compose on your letterhead. Send to up to 50 recipients.
Attach PDF, JPG or PNG files, add a cover page with your logo, and send now or schedule it for later. Every fax gets a time-stamped delivery receipt.
A private inbox instead of a paper tray
Incoming faxes arrive in your browser inbox, stored encrypted. You get an alert in the app and browser, never the document as an email attachment.
- New-fax alerts in the app and browser
- Shared inbox with roles for your team
- Every view and download recorded
- Automatic deletion on your retention schedule
